To maintain a professional, brand-safe, and inclusive environment, Adventek prohibits the submission of content that is offensive, obscene, or harmful. This policy ensures that all campaigns remain aligned with family-friendly retail standards and corporate responsibility mandates.
1. Purpose
This Content Integrity and Decency Policy sets the standards every Brand Portal campaign submission must meet before it can go live on Adventek. It protects users, brands, and the platform by keeping campaigns brand-safe and suitable for a broad Nigerian audience.
2. Prohibited Content
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, linking, or distributing any content via the Console that includes:
- Pornographic or Sexually Explicit Material: Any visual, textual, or auditory depictions of sexual acts, sexual organs, or fetish-related content.
- Obscene or Distasteful Content: Materials that are gratuitously violent, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise deemed socially unacceptable or morally offensive.
- Promotional Misconduct: Content that promotes illegal acts, exploitation, or activities that violate public safety and/or infringes on the codes of Advertising as established by The Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON).
- Deceptive Imagery: Any content intended to mislead, shock, or offend users through the use of suggestive or non-consensual graphic material.
3. Enforcement & Moderation
- Automated Review: The Adventek platform utilizes content filtering tools to detect and flag potentially prohibited material prior to public campaign deployment.
- Manual Moderation: Adventek reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any campaign materials at its sole discretion if they are determined to violate this policy.
- Account Sanctions: Repeated attempts to upload or distribute prohibited content will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Adventek Console.
4. User Responsibility
By registering a campaign on the Adventek Console, you represent and warrant that all submitted materials comply with this policy and do not infringe upon the rights of others or violate public decency standards.
